The Tournament is just around the corner and I know everyone is ready to get down the business of granting wishes! Here is the schedule info as well the logistics you’ll need to know about for Saturday.
8:00am – Opening Ceremony
8:30am – Tournament Games begin, refer to the Team Schedules
1:17pm -
We will stop the games for a moment of silence and balloon release in Memory of Brianna McQueen.4:00pm – Silent Auction Ends, you will need to be present to pickup and pay for your item.
Please remember to check in at registration table and have your registration fee paid! We ask that your team arrive at least an hour before game time to register and if games are running ahead of schedule then we can keep the games moving. We have requested that each team bring a couple of balls (these do not need to be new ones!)
You will also need to have team members sign the
Roster Waver document. Please have an adult sign for any kids under the age of 18 playing on your team. This document will need to be completed before your team can play.
And we certainly cannot forget to provide you the
Rules of the tournament.
Shirts will be available for purchase $15 each or 2 for $25 (shirts were designed by Brianna’s sister Tori McQueen)
$3 at the gate….concessions will be open, but no alcohol will be sold, so coolers must remain in parking lot.
Also, this year we are planning on live blogging the Tournament. If you are not able to attend in person you can follow along with the events of the day through the blog.
